Babylonia snails, (Babylonia sp.).
Babylonia snails are excellent scavengers. They are not quite as quick as Nassarius, but, being bigger they eat more when they get there. Each Babylonia snail will do the work of 2 or 3 Nassarius snails at least. They also have a much more attractive shell, so it’s easy to see why they are so popular.

SIZE
From 1p coin size, to slightly larger than a 50p coin.

COMPATIBILITY
They are reef safe, and safe with other inverts. As with all small creatures avoid mixing with large fish that may try to eat them.
