Loads more new soft corals added today!

Leather corals like this Sinularis are super easy to keep.

The easiest of all corals.

Leather corals are the easiest corals of all to keep, and good ones aren’t short on colour either. Loads of light and loads of flow is key, the more of both the better. as with all soft corals if you want the fastest growth use carbon and do lots of water changes. No dosing is required for soft corals either. Just keep temperature and salinity stable, aim for 2ppm to 5ppm nitrates for the best colour, but, they will tolerate up to 100ppm without too much difficulty.

Even Dendros aren’t that tricky really.

Dendros

The Dendros aren’t difficult either to be honest, just place in heavy flow and feed well and they do just fine. Although Dendros can grow in pitch black, this particular species is surprisingly light tolerant, and I have kept this one before directly under a 400w metal halide and got rapid growth on it.

Sea Whips like this one are really easy to keep.

Sea Whips

The Sea whips look fancy, but they are easy too. Just place in fast flow, and don’t let algae grow on them.
