Orders

We have multiple coral shipments due in every week for the whole of August! We are still waiting on inverts and fish from the Philippines which have been delayed first by a tropical storm, and then a 7.0 earthquake, our thoughts are with all those affected by these natural disasters.

You can still order fish and inverts online with us right now, and we’ll order them in especially for you. We’ll contact you to arrange delivery once they are here and good to go. See below for our latest estimates on delivery times for new orders.

Orders being dispatched this week

Due to the very hot weather we are not putting heatpacks inside the packing boxes. This is because it could raise the box temperature too high.

Coral only orders - These are being dispatched with 98% of corals in stock, so virtually everyone has got all their corals.

Mixed coral and invert/fish orders - Where there are several corals on the order we are dispatching the corals, and the fish/inverts will arrive later in a separate delivery at no extra charge. On the couple of orders that are virtually all fish/inverts with only 1 or 2 corals, they will be dispatched once the fish and inverts arrive.

Fish/Inverts orders - No fish and only 2 inverts have been sent out as we have no fish, and almost no inverts until our Philippines shipment arrives. As soon as it arrives and they are ready for dispatch we will email you all to arrange delivery.
