Deliveries going out this week

Postal strikes are now out of the way, so all coral and dry goods orders will be sent out this week. Fish and inverts after yet more delays are now finally confirmed for arrival with us on 21st Sept and 28th Sept. All fish and inverts for all outstanding orders will be arriving on those 2 shipments, with stock allocated to the oldest orders first. Sorry for the delays, a tropical storm, followed by a 7.0 earthquake, then followed by difficulty getting freight, have all been major problems, but, are now all (finally) resolved.

Fish are now back available online with fish (and inverts) arriving on 21st September and 28th September. Fish will be assigned to orders according to order number, so the oldest orders will get their fish and inverts first.

Coral deliveries are much more frequent with corals arriving 2 to 3 times a week, every week through September.

Problems with texts

Sorry everyone it seems my phone is eating text messages for some reason. Some are arriving on my phone days after being sent, and some not arriving at all. I thought we’d finally manage to catch up on messages, only to find out that’s because not all of them where arriving! That certainly explains how I was able to catch up!

New shop opening

We are currently running on online only until we open the new shop, which is planned to open in December 2022. The new shop is likely to still be in Mildenhall, although we are also still considering moving to Harlow due to better transport links, closer proximity to where most of our wholesalers are, and a shorter journey time to Heathrow. Logically Harlow makes much more sense for the business, but, after 10 years in Mildenhall it would be a big change. We’ll let all of you know as soon as we decide!
