All orders placed 17th Jan or before.

Orders placed 17th Jan or before will be January delivery. We will be emailing everyone with orders placed 17th Jan or before within the next 7 days from now to arrange delivery.

Orders placed 18th Jan to 11:59pm tonight (23rd Jan).

All orders from 18th Jan to 23rd Jan will be January delivery if no fish ordered, and if fish have been ordered will be February delivery. - Last few places left to order corals or inverts for Jan delivery.

All orders placed after 11:59pm tonight (24th Jan onwards).

All orders placed after midnight tonight will be February delivery.

We will email you to arrange delivery.

As soon as we know which day your delivery will be we will email you to arrange delivery with you. If you can't take delivery that day, we can arrange a later delivery day for you.

As soon as we have picked which day your delivery will be, we will email you. If you contact us before we contact you then the answer will be "As soon as we have picked which day your delivery will be, we will email you".

PLEASE NOTE:

Please wait for us to contact you, because replying to emails takes time that could be used in sending out more deliveries more quickly. Emailing us to ask only slows up getting your delivery out, and everyone else's deliveries too.

To avoid a small number of people slowing up everyone else's deliveries by repeatedly emailing us the same question ignoring the previous replies, from now on anyone repeatedly asking when their delivery will be will have their delivery bumped to the back of the queue each time they ask.
