Arnaz's damsel (Chrysiptera arnazae).

One of the rarer and less commonly seen damsels. Looks very similar to the much more commonly seen Yellow tail blue damsel (Chrysiptera parasema), but, much smaller and less aggressive than Yellow tail blue damsels. Male Arnaz’s damsels get to less than 1” long at full size, females are even smaller than this. Very peaceful. They look fantastic in a large group, and we recommend keeping them in groups of 10+. Because they are so small a great number can be kept without using up much food/oxygen etc, or making much mess. Add up to 1 Arnaz’s damsel per 5 litres. Very highly recommended.

SIZE

Typically shipped at less than 1”, large males may eventually reach close to 1” at full size.

COMPATIBILITY

Reef safe. Best kept in large groups. Safe with almost all other small to medium sized reef fishes. As with any small fish, large predatory fish may try to eat them.
