Pink pistol shrimp (Alpheus sp.).

A medium sized pistol shrimp species. Being a Caribbean species this snapping shrimp will not pair with shrimp Gobies, because there are no shrimp Gobies in the Caribbean.

SIZE
From 1” to 2”. In the wild they rarely grow larger than 2”, in captivity they can get close to 3” in time.

COMPATIBILITY
They are reef safe, and safe with other inverts. As with all small creatures avoid mixing with large fish that may try to eat them.
