Dragon wrasse / Rockmover wrasse (Novaculichthys taeniourus).

One of the larger wrasse species. Juveniles change colour as they grow into very differently coloured adults. As with most large wrasses they are best housed with other large fish species. Safe with most corals, but, may eat inverts.

SIZE

We usually import them at 1” to 4”, they can grow quite quickly to 15” or more.

COMPATIBILITY

We recommend feeding a minimum of twice per day on suitable frozen food. Some reef fish can jump from an open topped aquarium, we recommend using a tight fitting lid with no gaps.
