One of the more peaceful Acanthurus tangs. Suitable for tanks of 1,000L or more. Small juveniles are relatively plain, but, they grow quickly and at 3” or so they start getting the jaw dropping adult colours. Unusually for a tang this fish can do dramatic colour changes depending on it’s mood. Able to quickly change from pure snow white to jet black with gold spots that look metallic like gold leaf. An absolutely stunning fish, that for many hobbyists often becomes their favourite fish they’ve ever kept. Only rarely available. Highly recommended.

SIZE

Available in a variety of sizes, may eventually reach 10” or a little more.
