Milk spot pufferfish (Chelonodon patoca).

This medium sized pufferfish makes an excellent addition to a medium to large sized fish only system. An unusual species which is only rarely available. It will sometimes hide in the sand with just it’s eyes poking out when having a rest. Can also be kept in brackish water at 20ppt (1.015 approx) or above.

Up to 6” or so.

COMPATIBILITY

Not reef safe. May eat corals, and will eat inverts. May also eat small fish. Safe with most medium to large fish species.
